VIRTUAL ASSISTANT PLACEMENT AND INTEGRATION SERVICES
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my VA doesn’t work out?
If your VA isn’t the right fit within the first 30 days, I’ll find you a new candidate at no additional cost. My goal is to make sure you’re matched with someone who truly supports your business.
What if I change my mind and decide not to move forward?
The majority of the work happens on the front end—getting clear on your needs, sourcing candidates, and vetting for the right fit. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please only move forward when you’re ready to engage in the hiring process or delegate support.
Do I need to provide training or SOPs?
It depends on the service:
-
For Hire and Handoff
Yes—you or someone on your team will need to train the VA on your processes and provide task instructions. -
For all others:
Not required. These services include hands-on support to help you develop SOPs, set up task management tools (like ClickUp or Monday), and create workflows from scratch. While the task based service will require training, we can help with process and SOPs.
Is this completely hands-off for me?
Not entirely. While I manage the hiring process, your involvement is key—especially at the beginning. You’ll need to:
-
Share your needs and workflow preferences
-
Join final interviews
-
Set aside time for onboarding support
Upfront collaboration ensures a smoother handoff and long-term success.
Can I meet my VA before hiring them?
Yes. I’ll present up to three pre-vetted candidates for you to choose from. You’ll have the opportunity to interview them directly before making your final decision.
Do you only hire from the Philippines?
While I primarily hire from the Philippines, I am expanding to other parts of the world as well. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to reach out. I’m also able to hire within the U.S. if that’s a better fit for your needs.
How long does it take to find a VA?
Most placements take 2–4 weeks from intake to final selection, depending on your needs and availability for interviews.
How do I know my VA is working?
If you hire someone full-time or hourly, you can track their work using time-tracking tools like Hubstaff, Toggl, or Clockify. These tools can provide screenshots, activity levels, and hours logged.
How do I pay my VA?
For long-term placements, you'll pay your VA directly. Most clients use platforms like PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer. I’ll walk you through best practices during onboarding.
For task-based support, payment is handled through me based on a custom quote.
What about privacy and confidentiality?
Every VA signs a confidentiality agreement before placement. I recommend having your own NDAs or internal policies in place for added protection. I’m happy to provide guidance or templates if needed.
